A LIVE Workshop with Larry Kessler : Family, Systems, and Shamanic Constellations ::

Not only do our ancestors affect us through our DNA, but also through the events and traumas that happened to them. These events had effects that keep showing up generation after generation. Our emotional, mental, and physical problems—not to mention relationship issues—may not be ours at all. They may be these effects echoing throughout the family system.
Family constellations give the solutions to these effects. They reveal the past wrongs, suffering, and entanglements in our families and their effects on our lives. The constellations resolve these issues and allow the soul to move towards peace and understanding. A deep sense of wholeness follows.
In a family constellation, a person chooses others from the group to stand in for family members. After they are arranged in the room, the stresses on the family system come to light. These representatives surprisingly feel and think what the people they are standing in for felt and thought. The stresses on the system are then resolved and the love hidden in the system allowed to flow.
Similarly, in Systems Constellations, someone focuses on something in their life that isn’t working and asks people to represent elements in that system. A system can be a business, a project or goal, a place, or an issue one has. The feelings and movements of the representatives then reveal hidden dynamics and entanglements in the system that stop the flow of energy and progress. The constellations shed light on these issues and may even resolve them, allowing energy to return and move the system toward its goal.
In Shamanic Constellations, the same methodology above is used, but we allow the influences of indigenous ways to enter the constellations. The healing power of spirit representatives and rituals are used in these types of constellations and can include soul retrievals, depossessions, and more. Some believe that this way of working harkens back to the origins of all constellation work.
Based on the discoveries of Bert Hellinger, this is a therapeutic technique that is acknowledged worldwide and growing in popularity in the United States. It is astonishing, powerful, and beautiful, loving work.
