HL110 - Treating Allergies and Gastrointestinal Dysfunction Holistically ::

With the reported increase of allergies and asthma in our children, it only stands to reason we are seeing the same problems in our 4 legged pets.  The number of animals suffering from chronic reoccurring ear infections, rashes, skin allergies, and gastrointestinal problems continues to increase.

Dr. Hanover will discuss some of the pathophysiology of the immune and allergy response with attention to the different body systems involved.  He will guide you through different treatment options and protocols used for treating and curing allergies and GI problems.  Also, Dr. Hanover will discuss how to help prevent these problems from developing in our puppies and kittens.

Clinical Benefits:

  • Learn why healing the GI tract is most important part of healing allergies
  • Learn how to modulate the immune response to benefit patients
  • Learn how to detoxify the body’s systems
  • Learn how to feed and supplement to control allergies and GI problems
  • Learn how to heal the GI tract (helps with allergies and inflammation)
  • Learn what medical treatments to avoid in the pets with these problems

Testimonial

"What a wonderful opportunity to really delve into every aspect of this important subject with a holistic vet. I learned a lot and was able to "connect the dots" with some of my Lab's health issues. This kind of time and detail is invaluable -- you're just not able to get this depth of information anywhere else.  Extremely thorough, great pace, very informative!" Carolyn B.
