In this class, Dr. Mayer will guide participants on when and what (food/treats/supplements/water) to feed during competition/ trials and the “off” season.  The physiology of exercise will be covered, as well as what to feed for injuries and to prevent injuries.  Information on foods and herbs that may help increase performance will be included.
