Fieldwork Assignment Set #1 ::

Below is the ASN Fieldwork Assignment Form. This fieldwork assignment indicates your comprehension and mastery of the materials in your ASN course. There are two situations that will require you to submit a fieldwork report after taking a course:

• If you are taking a course with ASN that is part of a Program of Study, and you are working toward a Certificate of Completion, you must complete a fieldwork assignment for that course and have it reviewed. You do not need to complete the fieldwork assignment if you are not planning to earn a Certificate of Completion from an ASN Program of Study.
  
  
• If you wish to transfer learning units from an ASN class to another institution, you must submit a fieldwork assignment and have it reviewed. That will support your request, by illustrating your effort in the course, and your understanding of the material.

a. Identify four positive aspects from the material that you feel will be most helpful in your program studies, your work with both animal and human clients, and how you see yourself implementing them.

b. List at least three key observations that were real "ah ha" moments for you as you related the material to experiences in your life, and why.

c. Highlight five to six favorite thoughts/quotes that you feel are good reminders for you over the coming months, and why.

d. Describe experiences from the course related to the experiential exercises/meditations if they are included in the course audio and/or materials.

e. Note any brief open questions you have from the material that you would like feedback on from the instructor. (This part "e" is valid for on-demand formats only; this will not be applicable for those who attended the class in real time/live; if you have extended questions, please contact Carol at carol@animalspiritnetwork.com to discuss further.)

A typed, organized, and thoughtful response of approximately 1-2 pages is requested. Responses will be forwarded to and reviewed by the course instructor or moderator, and feedback will be provided as needed.

Program credit will be confirmed once your responses are received and reviewed.

This fieldwork will assist with your learning and integration of the material and experience shared by the instructors during the course.
