AC114: Wisdom from the Whales ::

Teleclass series, including online presentation, 2 weeks. Over the years, Teresa Wagner has had a deep connection with the whales as ancestral family and spiritual guides. This class is an opportunity to share and expound upon messages of wisdom from the whales that have helped many on our life journeys, and also help you to connect personally with the whales. The teleconference audio (phone line) will be augmented with an online presentation (computer/internet) of over one hundred stunning photographs of humpback whales. No prerequisite.

AC150: The Bridge ::

Fieldwork, and individually scheduled phone sessions (2). Create a bridge in your learning and practice to continue on to Level 2. This includes fieldwork assignments and instructor review. This course is designed for those who have taken the Level 1 course in-person through Animal Spirit Network, Level 1 through an outside instructor, or when there is more than a 90 day time frame between a student’s participation in Level 1 and the initial date for Level 2. GS101: Finding the Grace in Grief ::

Teleclass, or On Demand; open registration/no tuition. When we suffer a great loss, pain is inevitable. Though there is no magic wand to avoid the pain of grief, there is much we can do to support the healing of our pain, including being open to the grace. The state of grace is the other side of pain. As different as these energies may be, they do exist simultaneously. When the heart is broken open, it is not just pain that results from the breaking, but the possibility for growth of the heart as it heals. This introductory talk offers four distinct strategies, each with several practical resources, to help us in finding the grace in grief. No prerequisite.

MS220: Animal Astrology for Animal Intuitives - Level 2 ::

MS230: Counseling Skills for Animal Communicators and Healing Arts Practitioners ::

Teleclass, 5 weeks. The necessary foundation of all healing work is compassion and love. Effectively communicating the energies of love and compassion to our clients is not automatic, however deeply we may feel these qualities in our hearts. They need to be effectively and appropriately expressed. It is the skillful expression of empathy along with compassion and love that creates a sacred haven of safety, understanding and acceptance in which our clients can open to their own full healing. A LIVE Workshop with Tom Cowan: Embracing Sovereignty ~ A Workshop in Celtic Shamanism ::

In-person, 2 days. (August 20 & 21, 2011, in Mundelein, IL). Shamanism is an earth-based spirituality in which spirits of the land—animals, plants, elementals, ancestors, faeries—play dominant roles as teachers, guides, and guardians. In Celtic traditions the Spirit of the Land Herself is named Sovereignty. She is the Goddess of the Land, the foundation for all moral and political authority.  In this workshop we explore Sovereignty’s role as the center of the Irish “medicine” or spirit wheel.  We will better understand our responsibility to correct the imbalances in our lives, and in the world we live in.  Prerequisite: Participants must have shamanic skills to work with power animals and journey into non-ordinary reality.
