AC150: The Bridge ::

Fieldwork, and individually scheduled phone sessions (2). Create a bridge in your learning and practice to continue on to Level 2. This includes fieldwork assignments and instructor review. This course is designed for those who have taken the Level 1 course in-person through Animal Spirit Network, Level 1 through an outside instructor, or when there is more than a 90 day time frame between a student’s participation in Level 1 and the initial date for Level 2. Though there is no magic wand to avoid the pain of grief, there is much we can do to support the healing of our pain, including being open to the grace. The state of grace is the other side of pain. As different as these energies may be, they do exist simultaneously. When the heart is broken open, it is not just pain that results from the breaking, but the possibility for growth of the heart as it heals. MS230: Essential Counseling Skills for Animal Communicators, Healing Practitioners and Those Providing Grief Support ::

Teleclass, 5 weeks. The necessary foundation of all healing work is compassion and love. Effectively communicating the energies of love and compassion to our clients is not automatic, however deeply we may feel these qualities in our hearts. They need to be effectively and appropriately expressed. It is the skillful expression of empathy along with compassion and love that creates a sacred haven of safety, understanding and acceptance in which our clients can open to their own full healing. This workshop provides an opportunity to learn very specific skills to bring the power of our love, compassion and expertise alive to serve the clients we care so much about.
