Guidance provided on using the frequencies of color and imprinting within them the energy of Reiki. Color is a vibration with a frequency just like everything else in this Universe. The word "rainbow" is used as a metaphor to include these frequencies when Reiki and color are used together. The combination of color and Reiki through visualization, plus breath, creates a very powerful healing frequency. Several specific exercises are documented in the handouts and included in the audio.
