Animal Spirit Healing & EducationTM Network Enrollment Policies ::Enrollment Information and Payment Policy for the following classes when hosted by Animal Spirit Healing & EducationTM Network. Policies for other sponsors/hosts will vary for posted classes when applicable. Contact the hosting location for more information on those alternatives when noted. Please note that program requirements and listed courses may shift over time due to enhancements and availability of instructors. A determination of minimum enrollment for a course is made at the time the class is posted. If minimum enrollment for a class section is not met 3-7 days in advance of the scheduled date, ASN in agreement with the instructor may choose to postpone or cancel the class. Those students already enrolled will be notified immediately, and all refunds for any classes cancelled by ASN will be processed within 72 hours via bank draft. Please note that teleclasses utilize a conference call phone number based in the United States. This is not a toll-free system, and you may wish to switch to unlimited long distance service with your phone company. Enrollment Information for TeleclassesThe number of participants is limited based on space. Size of classes vary based on topic and instructor. Pre-registration with full payment of the course fee is required to reserve your space in any teleclass module. All classes will be digitally recorded. All registration and payment is to be done via the online shopping cart on this Web site. Payment options include electronic check or credit card. Payment via electronic check (your bank draft information is submitted when checking out) is preferred. The tuition for each teleclass is noted on the course listing and in the shopping cart, and it is non-tranferable/non-refundable, so please double-check your calendar and your class selection(s). For teleclass series, there are individual class policies on how many classes can be potentially missed for unforeseen reasons prior to a student being released from the course, with no refund. These policies, which instructors will share in week #1 for relevant teleclass series, are to assist in maintaining group continuity and momentum, and related to completion of the class for credit. The tuition covers your participation in the call, a call-in number and password to access the call (information e-mailed to you the Friday prior to the class), all electronically downloaded handouts available from the instructor, and on line digital audio access of the class recording following the class. (Please note that this section above specifically does not apply to the Level 2 Animal Communication teleclass, AC202 . Refer to the section at the bottom of this page instead for Level 2 AC.) Information letters and directions will be mailed to registrants 10 days prior to the class for in-person courses. Cancellations received 15 or more days prior to the event will be refunded in full via bank draft less a $100 handling fee. Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the event are not refundable. Full payment is due 4 weeks in advance for in-person courses, and 2 weeks in advance for telecourses. Course fees increase by $50 if registration and full payment is delayed past these points.
